As an Insurance Agent at BFW Insurance, you will play a critical role in providing life insurance solutions to clients, offering exceptional customer service, and managing a portfolio of policies. Key Responsibilities and Task Execution:

  1. Sale of Life Insurance Policies:

    • Task Execution: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs, present suitable life insurance options, and guide them through the purchasing process. Success in this area requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with clients in a virtual setting.

  2. Customer Service:

    • Open Customer Service to Our Clients: Provide prompt and responsive support to clients, addressing their inquiries, policy changes, and claims processes. This task demands excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Serve Existing Clients: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients by providing continuous support, policy reviews, and ensuring their coverage remains aligned with their needs.

  3. Meeting with Clients:

    • Task Execution: Conduct virtual meetings with clients to discuss their insurance needs, policy options, and financial goals. This requires proficiency in virtual meeting platforms and the ability to build rapport remotely.

  4. Calling Potential Clients:

    • Task Execution: Reach out to potential clients via phone or virtual communication tools to introduce BFW Insurance’s services and assess their interest in life insurance policies. Effective communication and persuasive skills are essential for success.

  5. Follow Up with Carriers:

    • Task Execution: Liaise with insurance carriers to track the status of applications, policy renewals, and any other client-related matters. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary to ensure timely and accurate follow-ups.

  6. Follow Up with Book of Business:

    • Task Execution: Regularly review and update the book of business, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date. This involves maintaining organized records and implementing a systematic approach to client follow-ups.

  7. Organize a Book of Business Data:

    • Task Execution: Keep client and policy data well-organized within the CRM system, ensuring easy access and efficient management of information. This task requires proficiency in data management tools and attention to detail.

  8. Attend Training:

    • Task Execution: Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques. Continuous learning is essential for personal and professional growth in this role.

  9. Getting New Carriers:

  10. Getting Licenses in New States:

  11. Keeping Licenses Up to Date:

  12. Create Content Videos for the Social Media Team:

  13. Work with the Virtual Assistant Team to Ensure Compliance:

  14. Traveling to Conferences and Team Events:

    • Task Execution: Attend industry conferences and team events to network, learn, and represent BFW Insurance. This may require occasional travel and flexibility in schedule.

  15. Accounting Control:

    • Task Execution: Monitor and manage personal sales and commission records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols. This task requires attention to detail and basic accounting knowledge.

  16. Interviewing New Hires:

    • Task Execution: Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing potential new hires and assessing their fit for the team. This requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.

  17. Lead Strategy:
